Programmed for Longevity: Every session is part of a structured weekly system covering strength, conditioning, core, mobility, and functional cardio. The programming is written with intention so that over the course of a week, your body gets everything it needs. No randomness. No gaps. Just consistent, intelligent training designed for decades.
Screen-Based Programming: Walk in, check the screen, and follow the session. Every movement is displayed with clear instruction so you can focus entirely on training. No waiting for a coach to demo. No guessing what’s next. The system guides the session — you execute.
Train on Your Schedule: There are no class times and no reservations. Members access the facility on their own schedule and train when it fits their day. The programming is always ready when you are. Walk in, follow the screen, and leave when you're done.
Built-In Mobility & Activation: Every session begins with targeted mobility and activation work — it’s not optional, it’s built into the programming. This is how you train hard now and still move well in 20 years.

The Training:
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH (Mon / Wed / Fri)
Every week at Union Performance is programmed with intention. Across five sessions, you’ll move through a complete training system: strength, conditioning, core, mobility, and functional cardio. No single session tries to do everything — but over the week, nothing gets missed. Show up when you can. The system handles the rest.
Total-body strength sessions built around the movements that matter most: pulling, pressing, hinging, and squatting. Every session opens with targeted mobility and activation work to prepare your body, then moves into structured strength programming designed to build and maintain real capacity over years — not weeks. Scalable to any level. Designed for longevity.
FUNCTIONAL CARDIO (Tue / Thu)
Conditioning sessions that complement your strength days. These are built around core, functional cardio, and mobility — using circuits with resistance bands, medicine balls, battle ropes, cardio machines, and bodyweight work. Short, focused, effective. Designed to build real conditioning that serves your strength — not drain it.
