UP Camp classes:
Union Performance classes provide a unique take on a bootcamp-type setting. We provide class members with a functional warm-up that includes mobility and dynamic stretching. Followed by a workout that is designed to challenge you, push you, and make you better. We take pride in teaching our members proper form and providing education on safe performance.
